ELYSEE Heritage
The Heritage combines ELYSEE design language since 1960 with a reliable mechanical automatic movement. Sapphire crystal, a fluted bezel and a 40 mm stainless steel case define its presence.
The Seiko TMI NH35 automatic caliber winds itself while being worn and can also be wound by hand when needed.

First steps
A mechanical automatic watch should be wound before first wear. Unscrew the screw-down crown counterclockwise and turn it clockwise several times until the seconds hand starts moving.
While worn, the mainspring is then wound automatically by movement on the wrist.

The four positions.
0 Screwed downOnly when firmly screwed down is the watch water resistant to 10 ATM.
1 Home positionHand winding clockwise, only when needed.
2 DateFirst click position for the date display.
3 TimeSecond click position; the seconds hand stops.
The crown is screw-down. Unscrew it before every adjustment and screw it down firmly again afterwards.

Set it correctly.

- 3Set the timePull the crown to position 3. The seconds hand stops. Set the exact time and note the date change at midnight.
- 4Screw downPress the crown in and screw it down clockwise again.
Do not set the date between 9 p.m. and 4 a.m. During this period the movement is switching the date, and correction can damage it.

Care
Caring for your ELYSEE.
Never pull or turn the crown while the watch is wet and always keep it firmly screwed down. This is essential for water resistance.
Do not hold the watch under running tap water and do not wear it in a sauna or hot bath. After contact with salt water, rinse it with clear fresh water.
Keep it away from strong magnetic fields and maintain at least 5 cm distance from speakers, tablet covers and magnetic clasps.

How does an automatic watch work?
<p>An automatic watch draws its energy from movement on the wrist. A rotor winds the mainspring of the mechanical movement. If the watch is not worn for a longer period, it may stop and can then be restarted through the crown or by movement.</p>
How long does the warranty last?
<p>ELYSEE watches come with a 24-month manufacturer warranty. You can find the exact terms and warranty instructions in the documents supplied with your watch or directly through our service team.</p>
Can I return my order?
<p>Orders placed through our online store can be returned within 30 days. Items should be complete and in the condition in which you received them. Please use our returns portal to start the process.</p>
When will my order be delivered?
<p>The currently expected delivery time is shown on the product page and during checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the available tracking information.</p>
What does the ATM rating mean?
<p>The ATM rating describes the tested water resistance of a model under laboratory conditions. Actual use depends on the stated rating. Water resistance is not a permanent property; seals should be checked regularly, especially before intensive water use.</p>
Can I change the strap myself?
<p>Many ELYSEE straps use a quick-release system and can be changed without tools. Please check the lug width and strap system of your model. If you are unsure, our service team will be happy to help.</p>
Where can I have my ELYSEE watch serviced or repaired?
