Shipping policy

Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, ELYSEE Uhren GmbH ships purchased items to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Unless agreed otherwise in an individual case, purchase prices include delivery and shipping costs. Collection by the customer is not possible. Delivery within Germany is generally free of charge. For deliveries within the European Union, shipping costs of EUR 9.99 apply for cart values up to EUR 98.99; from a cart value of EUR 99.00, shipping is free of charge. Deliveries outside the EU cost EUR 19.99. International shipping is EUR 39.00.

Unless a shorter or longer delivery period is expressly stated, ELYSEE Uhren ships purchased items within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment if advance payment has been agreed between ELYSEE Uhren and the customer.

ELYSEE Uhren points out that, for entrepreneurs, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold passes to the entrepreneur when the goods are handed over to the entrepreneur or to an authorised recipient. In the case of shipment, the risk passes when the goods are handed over to a suitable transport person.

For contracts with consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold always passes to the consumer only when the goods are handed over to the consumer, including in the case of shipment.

The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold also passes to the customer if the customer is in default of acceptance.
