Cancellation policy

Consumers have a statutory right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

A. Instructions on cancellation

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the model cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

General notes

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components where possible. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.
2. Please do not return goods carriage forward.
3. Please note that the above notes are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your statutory right of cancellation.
